- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can I give 0 star? RUDE, and DISHONEST! Here's the full story. I have the shipping label and was trying to return a small box to amazon. I was trying to get a bubble envelope, and this store said "no, you can't use bubble envelop because it's a box so it needs to be put in a box". Later I verify with UPS that they don't have such a rule. I went back to the store, and told them this. They were like, "well, the box is the same price as the envelope". BUT, they also forced me to purchase the tape, which is two times more expensive than the box. They were no apologetic, and still thought they were right. what kind of people is this?!By Edmund Lee, August 27, 2017
